Shipping Costs and Methods
On Account customers will have to have all documentation up to date and choose, “On account customer” as form of payment instead of, “Credit Card” in the drop down when placing their orders on line.
Please Note: Shipping discounts will not reflect on online store receipts. We will email and mail updated receipts with shipments.
We ship packages Monday through Friday. Unless specified otherwise, we normally ship orders within a day of the order being received. If we are experiencing a high volume of sales it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping is based on USPS Parcel Post rates and will be dependent on the size and weight of your items. We will use USPS to ship your order in most situations, but may ship via UPS or FedEx if requested.
Local Delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays for Wholesale Orders. For those of you in the Austin area who have your orders delivered in person, please submit your orders at least two business days ahead of your desired delivery day. So for the Tuesday delivery we would need to receive your order no later the noon on Friday and for Thursday delivery we would need to receive it on Tuesday before noon. If we find that we cannot deliver your package to you on the normal delivery days, due to holidays, schedules or products being made, we will contact you ahead of time and arrange for another delivery option or delivery date. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Unscheduled deliveries are subject to a $20 surcharge.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable.
At Inventive Eco-Organic we stand behind the quality of our products, if there is a problem with the goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can provide a return authorization and return address. You may also contact us at (512-336-8665) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-damaged returns must be sealed and in original, resalable condition with original product packaging/tags/box/bag. Items are checked before shipping to make sure they are not damaged. Re- stocking Fees apply. When returning products, repack the item(s) securely and include the packing slip so we know to reference the return with your order. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us so a delivery confirmation is encouraged.
